The Parliamentary Initiatives Network (PIN) is a forum for non-state actors in Kenya with programmatic interest in the work of Parliament. PIN brings together eighteen Kenyan organizations including civil society, professional associations, think tanks and research institutions that focus on supporting and influencing parliamentary business. PIN Members collectively and individually commit to provide a coordinated framework for civil society organizations to support the Kenya National Assembly in discharge of its constitutional mandate.

Specifically, the mandate extends to providing information and research support to the Kenya National Assembly, its Committees and Members of Parliament (MPs) in the areas of oversight, legislation and representation. It also includes designing tools to help the House systematically monitor and track the implementation of decisions, policies and laws.
